Please join us on Wednesday 13 July at The Last Wine Bar, Norwich from 12pm – 2pm. We look forward to welcoming our guest speaker Tom from Substrata Wines. He will be speaking about the process and benefits of natural wine.
Tom and Ben are two brothers whose interest in wine grew separately, but is now firmly entwined. Tom and Ben run Substrata Wines in Norwich, which buys from small, independent producers who make wine in sympathy with their environment, with particular emphasis on chemical free farming

- Menu A: Grilled Bavette Steak, slow roasted tomatoes, skinny fires, dressed leaves. Please note – Steaks can only be cooked Rare or Well done- no other option.
- Menu B: Grilled Squash spiced with fresh chilli, spring onion, pomegranate, cumin , Bok choi (Vegan)
- Menu C: Pithivier of Mushroom, smoked squash + blue cheese, cauliflower, mustard velouté. (Veg)
