Natalie Moon, Chair

Natalie is the personal tax manager of the tax compliance department at Lovewell Blake LLP chartered accountants and tax advisers based in the Norwich office. Her role includes managing a portfolio of a wide variety of private clients. She specialises in income and capital gains taxes together with residency and tax planning advice. This includes dealing with self-assessment tax returns, tax relief claims and enquiries. When she is not at work, she enjoys going to live music events, visiting castles and the lovely beaches of Norfolk for relaxing walks.

Lauren Toynton, Treasurer.

Lisa Robinson, Treasurer

Lisa is a Duty Solicitor specialising in Criminal Defence at Belmores Solicitors in the City. She attends police station and magistrates’ courts advising and representing individuals or businesses accused of criminal offences. Belmores Solicitors are an established firm who provide specialist criminal litigation assistance to both private paying and legally aided individuals. Outside of Court, Lisa can usually be found on the side-lines of a football field or basketball court supporting various family members, that is when she is not playing netball herself.


Charlotte Notley, Lunch Coordinator

Charlotte set up Taylor Investigations in 2016 with her laptop on the sofa. She now has a team of staff with a prominent office on Rose Lane, Norwich and a network of operatives across the country and worldwide. From process serving, person and asset tracing to surveillance and digital forensics, Charlotte and the team assist the legal, finance and private sector with all manner of investigation services. Charlotte is also a Governing Council member of the Association of British Investigators. In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys spending time with friends and family and travelling as much as possible!

Rebecca Campbell, Speaker Coordinator

Becca is an auditor for Lovewell Blake LLP and she is currently studying to become a Chartered Accountant. As well as being on the committee for NBWN, Becca runs Future of Women in Business Network, and is an Enterprise Advisor for local schools to help them improve their careers programs. Becca grew up around Norwich, but loves to travel, and hopes to do more once finished with studies.

Debra Clarke, Venue Co-ordinator

Debra works on the administration team for the Financial Planning arm of RBC Brewin Dolphin. They specialise in providing advice on Investments, Pensions and Estate Planning. She enjoys working in the heart of Norwich with a small but very professional and friendly team. In her spare time she enjoys running, travelling and walking with her Mini Dachshund, Leo.

Harriet Chaplin, Committee Member

Harriet is a Trainee Solicitor within the commercial property department at Isadores, assisting with the acquisitions and disposal of commercial properties and leases. Harriet returned to Norfolk in 2021, having spent time living abroad, in Scotland and London and joined Norwich Business Women’s Network to support the committee generally and broaden her professional networking in and across Norwich. In her spare time, Harriet enjoys exercising, including running and yoga, cooking and socialising with friends and family.

Fearn Ainsworth, Committee Member

Fearn is the Commercial Director for Priscilla Bacon Hospice Charity. Fearn leads the charity in improving the lives of those in palliative care and their families at the Priscilla Bacon Lodge. Fearn has a background of commercial development in both the public and private sector. When not at work Fearn enjoys time with her family, horse and dog.
